Adam Clarke and I have been rehearsing Bessie Smith's cover "Nobody wants you when you're down and out" for our acoustic sets. But today I was just playing around with some instrumentals on my garageband and started using the song lyrics in a different way. Nothing official, just sharing some singing that's all.
If you haven't heard Bessie Smith's version, its amazing and it's definitely worth checking out. If you're into those types of songs that bring us out of our current era, that is one of them. Recorded in the 1929 I believe. What a voice she had.
